The short version

We collect what the product needs to work and nothing else. No analytics trackers, no advertising pixels, no selling of data, ever. The only cookies are the ones that keep you signed in.

What we hold about you

Your customers' data

If your plan includes an online shop, your customers' orders, names and addresses are stored in your shop, on its own storage. For that data you are the controller and Repriced is your processor: we host it, we do not use it, and it is never shared between shops or used by us for anything beyond running the platform. Your shop's payment keys are stored on your shop's own storage and are never readable back out, by you or by us.

Who touches the data

Repriced runs on a small set of services, each doing one job:

How long we keep things

Waitlist entries are kept until you are admitted or ask to be removed. Tenant data is kept while the account is open, then deleted after a short winding-down period once it closes. Backups age out on their own schedule.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to how it is used. Ask and we will do it; you will not be made to fill in a form about it. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
