Terms of Service

Last updated 26 August 2026

Who we are

Repriced is a hosted shop and till platform for collectibles sellers, run from the United Kingdom and available at repriced.app. These terms are the agreement between Repriced and you, the person or business subscribing to it.

What the service is

Depending on your plan, Repriced gives you some or all of: bulk repricing against live UK market data, price label printing, a point of sale, inventory and stock records, business books, and a hosted online shop. Each plan says plainly what it includes and how many price checks it carries each month. Allowances reset monthly and unused amounts do not roll over.

Your account and keys

You get your own shop at its own address, with your own sign-in. Keep your password and your shop key to yourself; anything done with them is treated as done by you. Tell us straight away if you think either has leaked and we will rotate them.

Paying for it

Plans are billed monthly through Stripe, in pounds. You can move between plans at any time; the difference is prorated by Stripe rather than argued about. You can cancel at any time and your plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for. If a payment fails, Stripe retries it; if the subscription ends, your shop's pricing and platform features switch off until it is put right. We take no cut of your sales and no per-listing fees; what your own card processor charges you is between you and them.

Your stock, your sales, your words

Everything you put into your shop stays yours: your stock records, your sales, your customers, your prices, your copy. We claim no rights over any of it beyond what is needed to host and serve it back to you. You can export your data from your own settings at any time, and take it with you if you leave.

What we can see

We can see the usage your plan meters, the messages you send us through the support line, and, because we host it, the data your shop stores. We look at shop data only to run the platform, to keep it safe, or when you ask us to help with a problem. We do not read it out of curiosity and we never sell it.

Fair use

Do not use Repriced to sell anything unlawful, to infringe anyone's rights, or to send spam. Do not attempt to break, probe or overload the platform or anyone else's shop on it. Price checks are metered per plan; automating against the platform beyond your allowance is what top-ups are for.

Availability

We work to keep the platform up and your data safe, and your shop's data lives on its own storage with routine snapshots. But Repriced is a small platform, not a bank: we do not promise uninterrupted availability, and you should keep your own exported backups of anything you cannot afford to lose. Market prices come from third party data we do not control and are offered as a guide, not as advice.

Ending it

You can cancel whenever you like. We can suspend or end an account that breaks these terms, does not pay, or puts the platform or other tenants at risk; where it is reasonable to do so we will warn you first and give you the chance to export your data. After an account closes we keep its data for a short winding-down period, then delete it.

The small print

The platform is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you in any twelve month period is capped at the amount you paid us in that period, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. We may update these terms as the product grows; if a change matters we will tell you before it takes effect. These terms are governed by the law of Scotland and the Scottish courts have jurisdiction.
